Kabwohe Secondary School is located in Kabwohe Division, Sheema Municipality, Sheema District in the Western region of Uganda. The school was started in 1955 on a Muslim foundation. It was later taken on as a government aided school in 2000.

Below are the proposed structure of Kabwohe Secondary School Girls' dormitory.

“The school has both permanent and semi-permanent which are inadequate.”

It is a Mixed Day and Boarding School offering both Arts and Sciences at "O" and "A" levels. The School also offers Islamic Theology Education and is built upon an Islamic Foundation. It, however, accommodates students of other religious affiliations.
