Kabwohe Secondary School is located in Kabwohe Division, Sheema Municipality, Sheema District in the Western region of Uganda. The school was started in 1988. It started as a day school and with demand a boarding school was opened up. It was later taken on as a government aided school in 2000.

 It is a Mixed Day and Boarding School offering both Arts and Sciences at "O" and "A" levels. The School also offers Islamic Theology Education and is built upon an Islamic Foundation.
